About Us

Eelume is a pioneering technology company founded in 2015 as a spin-off from NTNU. We develop modular, autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) with exceptional maneuvering capabilities for sustainable seabed mapping and inspection of underwater infrastructure. Our increasing team of 20+ highly skilled professionals is dedicated to creating world-leading technology with a focus on innovation and excellence. Located in Trondheim near Nyhavna, we have excellent access to the sea for testing and development.

Your Role

• As a Head of Sales Europe at Eelume, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and expanding our market presence within the region.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Promoting customer-specific solutions and managing contract negotiations.
• Participating in industry conferences and events.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a versatile, structured, and responsible individual with the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or economic field, such as mechanical, electrical, data, cybernetics, marine engineering or business development.
• Proven experience within at least one of the areas AUVs, ROVs, underwater sonars in the maritime market.
• Proven work experience related to at least one of the market areas, Research, Offshore Energy or Defence market
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
• Proven track record of performing high value sales
