Are you proactive and analytical? Do you enjoy a workday with varied tasks and the opportunity to work with some of Norway’s largest companies? Then you might be our new Customer Success Consultant!

You will be a part of team consisting of seven people that works across functions such as Customer Success Consultants, Customer Support, and Up Sell/Farming. Our department is responsible for 600+ customers within a variety of industries and sizes, where all of us have a common goal of providing value to our customers and their quality work.

Your Role: Connect, Support, and Drive Customer Success

In the role of Customer Success Consultant, you can expect a workday where you lead customer meetings, build out customer systems, and take on challenging customer cases.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Take ownership of project management of training and implementation processes for management systems covering quality, HSE, and project management tools.

  • Be the key person for planning and executing webinars and seminars.

  • Be responsible for following up a customer portfolio and their success in the system.

  • Work in close collaboration with development, sales, and support to find good solutions.

  • Assist in improving internal processes and the implementation of these.

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support as needed.

Your Profile: A Proactive Problem-Solver Who Thrives on Helping Customers Succeed
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, with strong competence in digital tools.

  • Higher education at bachelor's or master's level - relevant experience may compensate for formal education.

  • Thrives on solving challenges both independently and as part of a team.

  • Seeks continuous personal and professional development.

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.

  • Solution-oriented, flexible, and action-driven.
