Finance Coordinator with a Passion for Customer Experience

Are you a structured and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We are now looking for a Finance Coordinator to join the back-office team of a large, international client.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting department managers with invoicing and license generation, ensuring high-quality processes and a seamless customer experience.

What you will be doing

As a Financial Coordinator, you will work closely with sales, support teams, and finance managers across multiple countries. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, including relevant supporting documentation
• Handling customer inquiries related to invoices and resolving discrepancies
• Following up on outstanding payments in collaboration with finance teams in Norway and the UK
• Managing invoicing for annually renewable contracts
• Dispatching invoices and licenses within agreed deadlines
• Providing professional support via phone and email
• Contributing to administrative tasks and continuous process improvements

• Experience with invoicing processes (experience with Oracle or similar systems is an advantage)
• Familiarity with contract management processes
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stay calm, structured, and efficient under pressure
