As our new Supply Planner in the Traded Goods team, you will play a central role in securing availability of finished goods, optimizing inventory levels, and contributing to a customer-centric and efficient supply chain.

This position is a key part of the Planning & Logistics team, and will report to the Supply Chain Manager. The role offers a great opportunity to grow within Supply Chain while contributing to Orkla OHPC's goals of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal supply planning and inventory levels for traded goods across multiple markets
• Monitor and follow up supply performance and product availability
• Use BI and planning tools to perform data analysis and support decisions
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Sales and Logistics to align planning and execution
• Continuously work to improve planning processes, system utilization, and supply chain visibility
• Support S&OE/S&OP processes through structured planning and communication

Qualifications:

• Relevant higher education within Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or similar
• Experience with supply planning, procurement or logistics - preferably from FMCG or similar industry
• Proficiency in Power BI and planning/ERP systems
• Analytical and structured approach to complex data and planning challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
