Aim of role

REEN is looking for a dedicated Field and warehouse operator to deliver exceptional customer experience. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping customers get the most from REEN’s products and services by providing active warehouse support, leading proactive installation, and ensuring the onboarding projects and customer service needs in the field are handled efficiently and correctly.

Applications will be reviewed as they are received. Responsibilities

Handle stock and warehouse queries 1-3 days a week related to mounting, setting up firmware and preparing shipments from relevant countries.

Travel to customer sites in Norway and, when necessary, abroad to perform installations and provide customer training on how to use REEN products and services.

Tasks

• Complete high-quality installations at customer sites and document them through detailed reports.

• Provide training to customers on using our technology and field applications.

• Perform warranty and technical service jobs at customer locations.

• Manage and execute onboarding projects from planning to completion.

• Prepare and coordinate logistics for your own jobs and field deployments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field.

• Always maintain a safe and organized working environment.

• Respond promptly to internal and external requests via email and Microsoft Teams.

• Ensure excellent customer experience during all field interactions.

• Support inventory handling and equipment readiness for installations and service calls.

• Report on monthly storage overview and assist placing necessary orders for supporting the REEN overall product portfolio with the help of the team, sales and head of customer operations.

• Assist in aligning physical storage hardware in stock and cloud-connected storage with customer needs for speed, reliability, and scalability.

• Working with customer operations, technical department and sales teams to ensure storage solutions support customer journey improvements.

• Monitoring and optimizing storage performance to prevent bottlenecks that impact on the user experience together with the team.

• Ensuring together with the team that hardware storage meets industry regulations and best practices for data security and redundancy by both packing and creating necessary obligation papers for shipments.

• Assist REEN with training colleagues and employees in correct packing, shipping and order management.

• Assist Customer Operations on daily tasks such as setting up installers with appropriate gear, and provisioning sensors in the correct manner.

• Assist Customer Operations with packing, order pick up and schedule orders for customer to meet agreed upon deadlines for delivery.

• Proficient in using various tools, such as an angle grinder, for tasks involving the adjustment of brackets, wall mounts, extension plates, and similar components.

• Capable of performing a range of installations throughout our product portfolio. Which might require the use of a power drill, hammer drill and carrier hardware up to 25 kg.

Skills/ Experience required

• A full, clean driving license. And the ability to drive long distances independently for extended period.

• 2-10 years experience on installing equipment, tools, and software on-site.

• Good customer service communication skill (both English and Norwegian).

• Good planning and time management skill.

• IT knowledge: MS Teams, Outlook, and certain applications required in the job.
