Norway’s Best AS is hiring several Shop Assistants for The Flåm Railway Museum for the summer season 2026.

The Flåm Railway Museum shop is more than just a store – it’s part of the visitor experience. Here, guests can explore the history of the famous Flåm Railway while browsing cool, high-quality souvenirs and gifts. As a shop assistant, you’ll be right in the middle of it all, meeting travellers from all over the world and helping create great memories.

We’re looking for positive, outgoing, and service-minded team players who enjoy sales and customer contact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Giving friendly and personal customer service
• Working together with a great team
• Keeping the shop tidy, organised, and stocked
• Running the cash register
• Helping drive sales and reach targets
• Making sure the shop concept is followed

What we’re looking for:

• You speak English confidently
• You have the right to work in the EU
• Extra languages? Big plus!
