Velox Electro Nordics is seeking a new Project Director

Velox Electro Nordics is growing and seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Director to lead high-impact electrical installation projects in the data center industry.
We are looking for someone with strong industry insight, proven project management skills, and a sharp focus on quality, financial performance, and HSE.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overall responsibility for project execution from start to finish

• Leading the project team, ensuring clear communication and progress

• Managing budgets, financial monitoring, and invoicing

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, and in line with the agreed scope and quality

• Actively promoting and following up on HSE across all activities

• Providing regular reporting internally and to clients

• Close collaboration with technical leads

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a project director in electrical, construction, or technical installations

• Has strong industry knowledge and understands how a contracting business operates

• Has a solid grasp of project financials and budgeting

• Has a high awareness of HSE and quality standards

• Leads with clarity, engagement, and a people-first mindset

• Works in a structured and solution-oriented way

• Communicates well in both English and Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language)
