Instrument / Automation Commissioning Engineer - HGS / Offshore

One of our clients is in need of an experienced and skilled engineer who has relevant and sufficient experience as an Instrument / Automation Commissioning engineer - workplace is in Haugesund with opportunities to travel offshore from April 20th. Job Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation and execution of commissioning within automation/instrument

• Follow up MC verification and take-over scope to Commissioning

• Perform handover from Commissioning to Operation

• Provide guidance and support to colleagues and management related to Commissioning

• Close cooperation with project team and Client team

Required Education within the discipline

• Bachelor/Master’s or minimum Technical College

Required Work Experience:

***minimum***5-10 years experience within commissioning in NCS projects in Norway

Required Qualifications:

•Mandatory with experience from a similar position

• Use of electronic tools for follow-up and delivery of projects is preferable.

• We search for a dedicated, independent, and reliable Senior Commissioning Engineer, with a co-operative working attitude.

• Be a role model within HSE performance.

• Able to communicate in both Norwegian and English in our projects

Required Certificates:

• Valid EX Basic

• Valid FSE - High and Low voltage with practical first aid

• AT/SJA course

Contract Period:

• Planned start date: 30/03/2026

• Planned end date: 28/02/2027

Work Location:

Haugesund, with possibilities for offshore rotation 14/21 or 14/28 - from 20.04.26 - 28.02.27
