Now we're looking for you, our new Chef de Partie.

What does a typical day look like?


You will work as a Chef de Partie, taking full responsibility for your own station—from preparation and mise en place to service execution. Depending on your experience and interest, you will work on either a hot or cold section.

You will be part of an experienced and supportive team that encourages growth and helps you succeed and develop further as a Chef de Partie.

The position is from end of February until end of April. But may be extended longer based on organizations needs and your own interest.

About the Position

Employment Type: Seasonal up to end of April with the possibility to extend longer
Start Date and Salary: Salary according to agreement and start date by mutual agreement


In addition to that, we believe you need:


To succeed in this role, we expect you to have 3–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie. While no chef is ever fully “finished learning,” you should be confident in managing your own station, whether on the hot stove, pasta section, and/or cold kitchen.

A genuine eagerness to learn is more important to us than having all the answers.

Beyond technical skills, we highly value:

  • A genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and develop as a chef

About the Process:

We will be conducting interviews continuously, with the last application date being 15 February.
