As a Director, you are responsible for overseeing all subsidiary operations, including staffing, workflow allocation, and performance management.
You hold full P&L-responsibility and regularly review Financial, Sales, and Operational reports. The role drives workforce development and supports business growth through strong client engagement and commercial acumen. With a hands-on yet strategic approach, you collaborate across global functions and influence key decisions that shape the future of JAS.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Commercial Leadership & Growth-
Own the commercial development strategy for Contract Logistics.

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Conduct business reviews and expand strategic client relationships.

Full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and overall profitability.

Monitor performance using BI tools and financial reports.

Ensure accurate billing, costing, and adherence to financial governance.

Lead all logistics operations, including warehousing, value‑added services, and order fulfilment.

Develop scalable processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and corporate policies.

Act as the senior point of contact for strategic clients.

Ensure KPIs are achieved, and contractual commitments are met.

Support new client onboarding and contribute to solution design.

Lead and develop multi-level operational teams.

Oversee recruitment, performance management, and talent development.

Foster a high‑performance, customer‑centric culture.

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant and extensive senior-level experience with full P&L responsibility.

Strong commercial acumen and proven client management capability.

Commercially driven, analytical, and resilient.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organisational ability and stakeholder management expertise.

The role reports to EVP, Contract Logistics & eCommerce.
