Your roleDue to increased demand within Aftermarket Services, Rheinmetall Nordic is strengthening its team and is looking for a service-minded and structured colleague. In this role, you will work closely with customers and contracts, supporting deliveries and contributing to long-term customer value and reliable aftermarket performance.
You will gain broad exposure to sales activities, customer dialogue, contract follow-up and execution of service deliveries.
Key responsibilities-
Sales of products and service / maintenance solutions

Follow-up and administration of service and maintenance contracts

Acting as Key Account Manager for national and international customers

Supporting and conducting product demonstrations and training

Follow-up of service orders, spare parts and customer-owned inventories

Handling customer inquiries and claims in accordance with the quality system

Working with lifecycle aspects such as obsolescence and cost follow-up
We believe you are a service-oriented person who understands customer needs and sees solutions where others see challenges. You enjoy creating results as part of a team and thrive in a role with responsibility and a broad interface.
You may come from a background in logistics, service, project or technical environments, civilian or military. A military background is an advantage, but not a requirement -- training will be provided.
Qualifications-
Higher education within engineering, logistics, business/economics, sales, military education or equivalent

Technical understanding combined with basic business and financial insight

Experience with aftermarket services, contract follow-up, logistics or project work is an advantage

Experience with contract management is a strong asset

Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, written and spoken

LocationThe position is currently based in Nøtterøy, Vestfold, Norway.
In summer 2026, the office will relocate to newly renovated facilities in Skoppum, also in Vestfold, just a short walk from the new train station, set to open in August 2026.
