HTS BeSafe is a family-owned Norwegian company, and our three brands BeSafe, Voksi and MiniMeis are loved by parents all over the world. Our head office is in Krøderen, but this role is positioned in Sandvika together with the global marketing team and other functions in the company.

Our three brands are in strong growth, and we are continuously strengthening our position in many markets.

We are now looking for a marketing and trade coordinator that will play a crucial part in assisting the Scandinavian markets to grow and achieve their targets.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that global plans are adapted to local needs, and executed effectively with valuable input from the markets.

You will together with the rest of the marketing team support the Country Manager and sales teams with trade marketing material, executing strong local plans, as well as make plans together with key retailers.

This is a hands-on role, with big variation of tasks, and a lot of fun, located in our newly renovated offices in Sandvika. The role will include travelling to the markets of responsibility.

Tasks include:

• Implementing and adapting global market plans and campaigns in regional markets of responsibility

• Developing marketing plans for/with retailers

• Creating newsletters for retailers/B2B

• Organizing PR and local events

• Updating and publishing content on local websites

• Translating, proofreading, and adapting marketing materials locally

• Supporting the Country Manager with communication materials for retailers

• Managing POS material and SiS

• Preparing price lists, order sheets, and campaign documents

• Staying informed on market and consumer trends in markets of responsibility

What we are looking for:

You like to be hands-on and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. You are structured, and get things done. You are detail-oriented and always ensure that you deliver high-quality work. In this position, you will work both independently and as part of a team across several departments within the company.

Strong communication skills, both Norwegian and English is important, other languages such as German or Swedish will also be an advantage.

We are looking for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in similar roles with a bachelor’s or master’s degree (marketing and business). Recent graduates with a master’s degree are encouraged to apply.
