As an Key Account Manager, you play the pivotal role of managing your portfolio of partners, focusing on wholesalers and installers, that will help Easee shape the future of electricity. You will be responsible for ensuring that your portfolio of customers has everything that they need to be as successful as they can be. You support them in their growth, contributing to the growth of Easee. You work with a team of Key Account Managers and together you ensure that we work with the best partners in the region.
With that, you will help Easee make a significant impact in the world and make energy scalable, affordable and available for as many people as possible.
Your responsibilities:-
Strong in relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish strong rapport with clients, internal stakeholders and the direct Sales team.

Solution-Oriented: Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored charging solutions, showcasing technical expertise.

Perseverant: Demonstrate commitment to achieving sales targets by adapting during challenging sales cycles, and turning market challenges into opportunities. Consistently driving results through positive persistence and resilience.

Adaptable: Flexible in responding to evolving market trends, customer demands, and organizational changes.

Analytical: Proficient in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies and tactics.

Fluent in Norwegian and English.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Sales Acumen : Proven track record with a maximum of 6 years in B2B sales (preferably in the EV or clean energy sector), with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals.

Proficiency in CRM software: (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.

Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets while managing multiple accounts and opportunities.
