We’re growing in Norway and seeking a proven Senior Sales Representative who excels in outbound B2B sales, thrives in a growing small business market, and wants to shape the future of the beauty & wellness industry.
Your Role: Driving Growth and Owning the Full Sales CycleWhat you’ll do:

Drive high-quality outbound acquisition: Build and manage a strong pipeline of Norwegian beauty & wellness salons through proactive outreach (phone, email, social, events).

Lead end-to-end sales cycles: From first contact to close, including discovery, value demonstration, objection handling, and handover to Customer Happiness.

Own your numbers: Consistently hit and exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets-setting the standard for the team.

Coach and contribute: Share outbound best practices, messaging, and prospecting tactics to uplift the wider sales team.

Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with Customer Happiness, Marketing, and Product to ensure a seamless customer experience and strong market presence in Norway.

Represent Timma in the market: Participate in industry events, webinars, and partner activities to strengthen brand visibility.

Native-level Norwegian + strong English communication skills.

Proven track record in outbound B2B sales - preferably SaaS or subscription-product.

Strong experience with cold outreach: High-volume calling, structured cadences, prospecting sequences, and pipeline building.

Ability to understand small-business needs and translate product value into concrete business outcomes for salon owners.

Excellent time management & prioritisation: You control your calendar, pipeline, and focus areas like a pro.

A team-first mindset, even while operating as a high-performing individual contributor.

Comfort with CRM tools and modern sales stack, accuracy in the detail of deal management.

You will be part of a high-preforming, experienced sales team within Timma, backed by EG A/S.
