Vice President - Engineering Offshore Production System

The Engineering department within Offshore Production System (OSP) is the resource pool within OPS.  All resources working in our delivery projects are organized within this unit. The team consist of several disciplines with leaders reporting into this position.

We are looking for a new Vice President to further develop and manage our great team and make sure we have the right capacity, competence and culture to meet the needs of a business that is constantly changing and developing.

As our Vice President, you will be expected to have a strategic mindset and a good business mentality. We anticipate you to make things happen and accept responsibility for results. We believe the right candidate to be methodical and systematic in its approach and has an inner drive to lead and make the best out of people.  Key Accountabilities:

• Full operative management of the department.
• Lead and manage the strategic development of the entity.
• Lead a team of leaders
• Ensure good collaboration with stakeholders required for the unit to operate efficiently in respect to current and future business.
• Financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Drive continuous business improvements.
• Strengthen and develop the culture in the department to be capable to deliver tomorrow’s projects.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience with management in the industry
• Managerial experience with leading multi-disciplinary and diverse teams
• Experience from Management of change
• Experience with strategic workforce planning will be an advantage
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Written and verbal communication skills in English
