Could you be the full-time Repair Leader in Oslo we’re looking for?
Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your repair management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in fully managing repair processes for both internal and external customers while ensuring compliance with Quality-Cost-Time (QCD) commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Services department and Finance), monitor repair flows through SAP, and communicate with customers throughout the repair process to ensure satisfaction.
You’ll specifically take care of initiating the repair process via RMA (Return Material Authorization) and managing repair logistics schemes, but also ensure administrative control and monitor repair performance metrics.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Initiating the repair process and collecting field diagnostic information from customers
-
Ensuring administrative control of products to be repaired and maintaining history monitoring files
-
Monitoring repair flow in SAP and managing all data necessary for repair management
-
Deciding on repair logistics schemes and ensuring timely follow-up
-
Communicating repair costs to customers and verifying invoiced costs post-repair
-
Setting up and tracking KPIs for repair activities (e.g., lead times, failure impact materials)
-
Ensuring quality and accuracy in shipping repaired products with associated technical documents
-
Maintaining continuous contact with customers and facilitating periodic meetings
-
Providing essential information to the finance department for invoicing
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
-
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
-
Experience or understanding of supply chain processes in a manufacturing environment
-
Proficiency in English and Norwegian
-
Familiarity with supplier/customer relationship management
-
Adaptability to work in a dynamic, project-driven environment
-
Strong organizational and analytical skills
-
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
