Global Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our  Team, based in Drammen or Oslo, to provide expert-level Recruitment support to our Global Clients. As our Global Recruiter you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering qualified candidates to our clients both locally and globally.

• Ownership of the end-to-end recruiting cycle for assigned positions using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes.
• Utilize direct sourcing methods to attract and engage with high-quality candidates whilst ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
• Interview candidates during various hiring stages including phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
• Manage the assigned KPIs per position, manage candidate engagement levels, track performance, and measure the quality of your output.
• Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
• Develop and negotiate complex competitive offer packages.

• Proven work experience of 2- 3 years as a  Recruiter
• Solid understanding of leading and managing full-cycle recruitment campaigns for all levels of positions - both volume and specialist.
• Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) as well as strong experience in identifying talent through ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels, including Social Media Platforms and personal/professional networks
• Strong interviewing experience and an understanding of diverse candidate assessment methodologies.
• Highly resourceful, self-driven with the ability to develop strong relationships quickly and often virtually as well as partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, and candidates.
• Ability to report and track recruiting-related data within your region to support business decisions.
• Achieve best-in-class time to fill KPIs.
• Good spoken and written English skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet stretching deadlines.
