Project Manager

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for Project Manager Pnr: 6001397 Job Description:

• Act as project manager on behalf of HalZero for internal development, pilot and larger modification projects
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with technology and operational needs
• Maintain overall responsibility for project delivery (scope, cost, schedule, quality)
• Develop and manage project plans, including schedule, budget, and resource needs
• Ensure structured execution from concept through completion and handover
• Follow up progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions
• Identify and mobilize relevant client internal resources to support project development and execution
• Coordinate and manage interfaces with client projects as a services provider (e.g. procurement, cost control, planning)
• Define clear scopes of work and expectations towards client projects and other support units
• Ensure all projects are executed in full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, with strong focus on operational and technical safety
• Ensure proper documentation, reviews, and approvals
• Coordinate closely with Technology Development, Process Engineering & Development, Test Facility Operations, and HSE manager
• Align project activities with test programs, operational plans, and facility constraints
• Act as key interface towards workshops, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure translation of technical requirements into practical and robust solutions
• Follow up design, installation, and modification work to ensure quality and functionality
• Support commissioning and verification of implemented solutions
• Capture and transfer lessons learned across projects and development activities
• Contribute to improving internal project models, governance, and tools
• Support development of owner-side project execution capability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related technical field
• 5-10+ years of relevant experience in project management, engineering, or operations
• Experience from industrial environments, preferably within process industry, pilot plants, or R&D facilities
• Proven experience delivering projects where the role included coordination of multiple stakeholders and service providers
• Experience working with (or within) project execution organizations (e.g. EPC, internal project units) is an advantage
• Owner-side project management
• Interface and contract management (internal/external service providers)
• Planning, cost, and risk follow-up
• Technical understanding and execution capability

• Ability to coordinate without formal authority across organizational boundaries
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
