Adecco Norway is looking for an experienced Supervisor -- Mobile Machining to join an international field service team working on exciting industrial projects!
We are searching for a technically skilled, independent, and solution-oriented person who will be responsible for leading and performing advanced mobile machining operations both onshore and offshore.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience as an Industrial Mechanic, CNC Operator, Machinist, or Field Machining Technician who wants to develop their career in an international environment.
Main responsibilities:
Lead and participate in service projects, repairs, and maintenance work
Perform mobile machining operations on-site (in situ machining )
Carry out tasks such as:

Machine and component alignment
-
Line boring
-
Precision machining in the field
-
Repairs, modifications, and upgrades of industrial equipment
Supervise and coordinate field teams
Communicate with customers, colleagues, and project partners
Prepare documentation and project reports
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and quality standards
✔ Several years of experience in machining (workshop or mobile field machining)
✔ Relevant technical education -- e.g. Industrial Mechanic, CNC Operator, Machinist, or similar
✔ Experience with:

Mobile machining
-
Line boring
-
Machine alignment and precision measurements
-
Field service and industrial repairs
✔ Ability to read technical drawings and documentation
✔ Good knowledge of measurement techniques
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
✔ Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams
✔ Good English skills (spoken and written)
✔ Driving license category B (BE/C is an advantage)
