Apothekeria cocktail bar & kitchen is searching for full-time and/or part-time baristas and bartenders.
We could help with relocation and finding accommodation in Hamar for the right person.

Apothekeria is a hydroponic cocktail bar & kitchen in Hamar, Norway, where bartenders, florists & chefs re-create classic, thematic, and fun flavours for our guests.

The menu is concocted by discovering new flavour combinations in cocktails and food - vice versa. Test the 'boundaries', experiment with edible florals, herbs and spirits.

Our mission is to be carbon neutral bar and enjoy it along the way.

Barista responsibilities include:

• Serving guests
• Cleaning
• Dishwashing
• Making food orders
• Making coffee drinks
• Serving wine/beer/simple drinks
• Being able to advice customer on our wines and beers
• Taking orders
• Food/drink preperation
• Receive deliveries and put products in their place

Bartender responsiblities include:

• Serving guests
• Cleaning
• Dishwashing
• Making food orders
• Making coffee drinks
• Serving wine/beer/simple drinks
• Make and serve cocktails
• Advice customer on drifferent drinks and wines when needed
• Taking orders
• Food/drink preperation

Applicants need to have reached atleast 20 years of age.

Barista applicants need to have some service experience but preferably have kitchen and/or barista experience.

We require all bartenders to have work experience within the industry along with mixology experience.

All applicants need to be able to understand and speak English and have atleast minimum norwegian knowledge to be able to converse with customers and provide service.
