We are looking for a Test Engineer for a production

We are looking for a Test Engineer responsible for developing and executing product testing procedures, analyzing results, and ensuring compliance with technical requirements within a MilTech production environment.

The ideal candidate is a technically skilled engineer with experience testing complex mechanical or electronic systems.

Key Requirements

• Experience working with technical and engineering documentation

• Ability to prepare technical instructions, operating procedures, and equipment documentation

• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics , power electronics , and signal integrity

• Hands-on experience with laboratory and production test/measurement equipment

• Experience developing test software using tools such as Python, C#, or LabVIEW

• Familiarity with hardware interfaces and automation platforms used in manufacturing

• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose complex hardware/software issues using structured methods such as Failure Analysis (FA) , Design of Experiments (DOE), and statistical analysis

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments

• Understanding of yield improvement , Cp/Cpk , DFM/DFT , and quality standards such as ISO and IPC

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles; Kaizen experience is an advantage

• Experience supporting equipment modernization projects and new product introduction (NPI) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize test equipment and the overall test strategy across different test stages, including ICT, FCT, and EOL

• Ensure test processes are aligned with product requirements and manufacturing needs

• Lead the development, implementation, and lifecycle management of automated test equipment (ATE), fixtures, software, and measurement systems

• Analyze test data, investigate failures, and implement corrective actions to improve yield , reduce false failures , and minimize production downtime

• Provide technical guidance and support to test engineers and technicians

• Participate in design reviews and help establish best practices, standards, and technical documentation

• Collaborate closely with R&D , manufacturing , quality , and supply chain teams to ensure testability, efficient product launch, and compliance with quality standards

Nice to Have

• Experience with Lean / Kaizen initiatives

• Involvement in production ramp-up or manufacturing transfer projects

• Experience launching new products into mass production
