Sub-Contract Specialist

Leading procurement activities in line with company and client procedures. 

Developing and executing subcontract strategies during tender and project phases. 

Managing RFQs, bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract management. 

Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions. 

Conducting supplier pre-qualifications and audits. 

Supporting supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. 

3 years of relevant experience in procurement or contracting, ideally in subsea, renewables, or oil & gas. 

Education and/or relevant experience within  Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering. 

Good understanding of legal and contractual frameworks. 

Good negotiation and contract management skills. 

Analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex procurement challenges. 

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities. 

Collaborative and ethical approach to supplier relationships.
