Customer Relations Specialist

About the role;

As a Customer Relations Specialist(CRS), you will be the day-to-day contact person for our customers at Bulk Data Centers campus N01. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing customer support for data center services, assisting with inquiries and issue resolution.

Handling billing, ensuring accurate invoicing together with finance, and managing customer billing-related requests.

Working within our portal and CRM system to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

Following up on reporting and service agreements with customers.

• Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Facilitating and handling portal tickets.

Organizing and facilitating customer meetings and visits on-site.

To thrive in this position, we envision that you have these qualifications;

Demonstrated experience from a similar role is preferred.

You are structured and solution oriented.

You have good communication and collaboration skills.

High degree of integrity and service attitude.

Experience with tools such as CRM.

Excellent written and verbal English and Norwegian skills, as well as good IT knowledge, particularly with Microsoft Office.
