You will play an active role as Quality and Risk Manager in the Project Core team to ensure a successful delivery in line with specifications. You will further develop and maintain the project quality-, risk- and audit management internally and with interface towards our valued customers, partners, subcontractors and suppliers. The position also includes contributing to securing a professional handling of change requests and lessons learned in various activities.
With us, you will be part of a highly qualified team of dedicated colleagues with overlapping skills and responsibilities. You will receive thorough training on products and working methods. We work according to lean principles and an agile work philosophy, where all employees have a responsibility for good quality and continuous improvement. In this role, you will help ensure precise and timely deliveries to both internal and external customers. You will also serve as a key link between engineering, project management, production, and supply chain, facilitating clear and accurate information flow across functions.
Some work tasks:-
Internal and external audits

Supplier audits and follow up

Deviation handling

Support quality system updates / improvements

Project Quality Plans and project milestones participation / evaluation

Fulfilling contract requirements in projects

Other relevant tasks based on the person's qualifications and experience, and current needs within function
You have preferably a master’s or bachelor’s degree within a relevant engineering field and a passion for precision. Certifications related to Quality Management, Audit, Risk Management or LEAN is preferred but not a requirement. Familiar with Quality Management System such as ISO, AQAP, AS9100, etc.
Relevant experience and interest may compensate for lack of formal qualification.

Location:Office location is Nøtterøy until summer 2026, after that we will be moving to newly renovated offices in Skoppum, both in Vestfold, Norway.
