Our Servers and Bartendershave a unique flair with our guests, love delivering special moments and do all they can to make a difference.

The right person to join the team must have these same skills, as well as being professional, with a great work ethic and a need to contribute to an amazing work culture, because at Royal Garden, culture is king!

Our bar team takes full responsibility behind the bar by serving guests cocktails, beers, soft drinks and coffees, as well as by ordering and serving food to our bar guests.

Our servers take care of our guests from start to finish. Welcoming them at the door, delivering top-class service and ensuring they go home happy (or back to their room!).

Experience would be a benefit. Yet technical skills can be taught to the right person with the right personal skills. So, if you believe you have the right character traits, then don't let the lack of experience stop you from applying.

• Works as part of a team that maximises guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.

• Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.

• Delivers departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved.

• Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.

• Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.

• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
