Maintenance Engineers x2 \| Golar LNG

As part of our continued growth, Golar LNG is seeking two skilled Maintenance Engineers to strengthen our asset maintenance organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient, compliant, and optimized maintenance programs across our assets.

About the Role

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintenance program implementation and optimization for an assigned asset. You will have overall responsibility for CMMS data quality, maintenance program development, and change management, working closely with offshore and asset teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle suggestions for improvements and changes to CMMS data

• Analyze, update, and maintain CMMS master data

• Participate in maintenance program development projects and CMMS implementations

• Facilitate processes, tools, and frameworks related to maintenance programs

• Assist with CMMS training for offshore and onshore personnel

• Maintain job plans and the scheduled jobs library

• Optimize preventive and corrective maintenance plans

• Provide maintenance planning and scheduling support to Planners

• Ensure preventive maintenance is compliant with statutory, regulatory, and class requirements

• Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting

• Actively use data and BI tools to identify improvement opportunities

Competence & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline
  or equivalent technical education and experience

• Good understanding of:

  • Criticality assessments related to Major Accident Hazards

  • Safety Critical Element (SCE) performance measurement and documentation

• Strong IT and analytical skills

• Experience with BI systems

• Good communication skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is an advantage
