Solid experience from electrical engineering, power distribution, critical infrastructure, industry, technical building systems, or data centers is desirable. Such roles emphasize experience in building and equipment operation and leadership of technical teams
-
Experience with HV/MV/LV systems, UPS, generators, protection systems, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning is an advantage
-
Good understanding of Norwegian regulations related to electrical installations, including FEK/FSE, and safe planning of work on or near electrical installations
-
Experience with HSE management, risk assessments, safe work planning, and working in regulated or uptime-critical environments is important
-
Experience with project management, scheduling, supplier management, cost/change control, and technical reporting is an advantage
-
Familiarity with data center standards such as EN 50600 and relevant ISO frameworks is beneficial
-
Good language skills in Norwegian and/or English. English is often the working language in international data center environments and technical projects
