Description about project/department:

In the dynamic landscape of operations, the Digital Management System (DMS) project stands as a cornerstone for driving efficiency, compliance, and innovation across the organization. The candidate in question will assume a pivotal position as Technical Team Lead, orchestrating technical workstreams that span multiple projects, teams, and external vendors. This cross-functional coordination is fundamental in company’s philosophy, where agility and alignment are key to realizing complex digital initiatives. Customer's management systems are designed not only to meet regulatory standards, but also to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. With extensive experience in management systems, the candidate will leverage a deep understanding of both the functional and technical aspects critical to activities. This includes knowledge of processes governing safety, environment, operational integrity, and digital transformation---a holistic approach that underpins the company’s commitment to responsible energy production. As Product Responsible, the candidate will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that requirements are translated into effective solutions. Reporting to the Technical Project Manager in TDI EDT ES SSUS CF, they will navigate complex organizational structures typical of global energy enterprises, balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders while maintaining a strategic vision.

Job responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Management Systems: Drawing on experience as a business analyst, the candidate will interpret and align business needs with system capabilities, ensuring that the DMS supports company's operational frameworks and compliance requirements.

• Technical Mastery: Expertise with platforms such as Azure DevOps, Aris (for process modeling), and Docmap (document management) is essential for driving digitalization and process automation. Familiarity with Servicenow, Github, and Power BI further supports integration, incident management, and data visualization.

• Collaboration & Leadership: Strong capacity for teamwork and independent problem-solving. Experience in bringing together multidisciplinary teams---including IT, operational, and external consultants---to deliver unified solutions. Strategic Impact within company.

• Digital Transformation: The DMS is foundational for company's digitalization agenda, enabling seamless process execution, risk management, and decision-making based on real-time data.

• Compliance and Sustainability: Management systems are central to company's compliance with industry regulations, such as ISO standards, and internal policies around safety and sustainability.

• Continuous Improvement: By leveraging robust management systems, fosters a culture where feedback, learning, and adaptation drive operational excellence and long-term value generation.

Your experience and qualifications:

• Extensive experience with management systems, preferably from the company

• Functional and technical understanding, preferably with a background as a business analyst.

• High work capacity and the ability to collaborate both in teams and independently

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Aris, Polarion, and Docmap

• Experience with other systems such as ServiceNow, Github, and Power BI is an advantage

• English and Norwegian.
