Bjørk is centrally located in Glasshuset in the heart of Bodø, offering a lively and welcoming atmosphere in modern surroundings. Our concept is inspired by Italian cuisine, where guests can enjoy stone oven-baked pizza, homemade pasta, grilled dishes from our Josper charcoal grill, fresh salads, and carefully crafted desserts – all based on high-quality, largely local ingredients.

As Restaurant Manager at Bjørk, you will play a key role in the restaurant’s continued development and daily success. You will lead a diverse operation that includes à la carte service, outdoor seating, bar operations, and event and meeting facilities.

• Staff planning, scheduling, and follow-up

• Financial routines, budgeting, and cost control

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

• Leading, developing, and motivating the team

• Maintaining high service standards across all departments

• Optimizing operations across à la carte, bar, and event service

• Working actively with POS systems and operational tools

• Has solid experience from restaurant operations, preferably in a leadership role

• Is structured, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Has a good understanding of food and beverage

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high expectations

• Is a clear and motivating leader who builds strong team culture

• Communicates well and creates positive guest experiences
