We at Fly Chicken are on the hunt for a Store Manager to lead our store at Trondheim, Olav Trygvasons Gate, starting ASAP.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has at least 2 years’ experience as a Store Manager or Restaurant Manager.

• Ideally comes from a fast-food or fast-casual background.

• Speaks and writes fluent English. Scandinavian language skills are a plus, but not required.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment – leading both front and back of house with energy and confidence.

• Takes pride in quality without compromise and is passionate about creating great guest experiences.

Your role as Store Manager, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach.

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver top-notch service every time.

• Ensure the Fly Chicken experience is the best it can be for every guest, every visit.

• Share best practices with other managers in weekly meetings to constantly raise the bar.

You’ll report directly to our Operations Manager and have the full support of the Fly Chicken HQ team – we’ve got your back!
