Tasks and responsibilities:
- Kitchen service; preparation and cooking orders
- In some situations, the chef must also take orders from customers and pack orders if takeaway.
- Follow the HACCP routines.
- Set up service station/cleandown and setting up for following day.
Qualifications and what we are looking for
- Mainly we search for chefs with a chef diploma, but proper experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
- The ability to work independently and together with a team.
- People who thrive in a hectic environment together with others.
- People who speak Norwegian or English.
Due to very long processing time in Norway at the moment we are generally looking for people with current residency in Norway or work visa. What we offer:
