Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities.

Do you want to lead exciting, multidisciplinary projects from study phase through execution. We are currently seeking skilled Project Managers for our Life Cycle segment, with Bergen as the work location.
With us, you will have a central role leading projects in line with planned schedule and budget -- always with a strong focus on HSSE, quality, and continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?

• Lead and execute projects in accordance with plans, budgets, and the applicable project model

• Ensure high quality, strong HSSE performance, and efficient execution

• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure goal achievement

• Identify and manage risks to ensure minimal operational disruption

• Create financial value through cost reduction and commercial focus

• Contribute to CO₂-reducing solutions and sustainable improvements

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop new, efficient working methods

• Guide and develop team members

We think you should have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• 5--10 years of relevant experience in project management

• Experience from both study and execution phases

• A multidisciplinary background

• Knowledge of Equinor systems is an advantage

• Good knowledge of Norwegian legislation and relevant standards

• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal

• Leadership experience with a clear and confident leadership style

• Proactive and solution-oriented

• Strong execution ability and commercial understanding

• Structured, detail-oriented, and flexible

• Customer-focused, with the ability to balance expectations and deliveries

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
