What You'll ShapeWe need a strategic Product Manager to lead our HR and time reporting offerings used to deliver payroll within our digital customer platform. You'll specifically direct the strategy and development of our time reporting, absence management, employee data management, and pay slip solutions---fundamentally enhancing how businesses connect with Azets and manage their workforce.
This role gives you the opportunity to own a critical product area that directly impacts employees' daily lives across the Nordics. You will collaborate with an exceptional team of designers, developers, and domain experts and operate in a flat, autonomous culture where your insights shape decisions. You will make a tangible impact on thousands of businesses across Norway and beyond.
A central challenge is deciding the strategic direction of the existing product as the market evolves from on-prem payroll solutions to fully cloud-based solutions. You’ll bring your knowledge to drive a business case for expanding our investment in the product to capture opportunities in the international payroll market. We are looking for someone to set a bold vision and evangelize it across our business.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Vision & Leadership: Define and promote a clear product vision for HR and payroll, translate regulations and market needs into product strategy, Bridge UX, Tech, and Business teams to drive alignment, and make decisive, timely decisions and support others to do the same.
Product Development & Execution: Own and maintain product roadmaps delivering continuous value, collaborate in Agile sprints to develop and launch features, use research, trends, and metrics to guide decisions, prioritize features by user value, feasibility, and business impact, and track success with clear KPIs and optimize accordingly.
Customer & Market Understanding: Champion the customer voice within product teams, partner with UX to uncover user needs and pain points, turn client feedback into actionable product insights, ensure compliance with Nordic HR and payroll regulations.

5+ years of experience managing digital products from discovery through launch

Proven experience in product management, preferably with enterprise software

Experience with Agile product management methodologies and tools

Strategic thinking ability connecting product decisions to business objectives

Excellent communication skills for influencing diverse stakeholders

Strong analytical abilities and data-driven approach to decision-making

Proficiency in English and a Scandinavian language, both verbal and written
We would prefer that you also have experience with HR, time tracking, or payroll systems and knowledge of Nordic payroll processes and HR practices. If you have a background in successfully launching or enhancing digital products and experience with integrating automation or AI to improve HR/payroll workflows that would be beneficial.
