AAP (All About People) Aviation is one of the leading global providers of Crew Management Services for the airline industry. Our services include comprehensive crew management solutions, recruitment, talent development, and flight operational support.
We are now looking to strengthen our commercial team with a new Sales Manager -- Global sales.
The aviation industry is rapidly developing, and it is crucial that we continuously have a proactive approach towards the market and our customers. To join our global team, we are seeking a driven sales resource that knows the aviation industry well, has a strong and relevant professional global network, and is able to create new opportunities through both relationship building and direct sales efforts.
The ideal candidate for this role is also a dynamic and creative team player that is able to see opportunities “outside the box”. In AAP we cultivate a culture where ideas are shared and developed, and where pace and execution are central.
The role as “Sales Manager -- Global sales” offers a high level of flexibility, allowing you to make a direct impact on the company’s overall sales strategy, activities and results. You will be part of our commercial team and work closely with various departments, and report directly to CCO in AAP Group.
Key responsibilities:-
Identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities within the aviation sector.

Actively build and maintain strong relationships with current and new potential clients, partners and stakeholders.

Represent the company at global trade shows, conferences, customer meetings etc.

Drive sales processes from first meeting to signed agreement, incl. development of offers, negotiations and contracts in accordance with commercial department.

Ensure compliance with regional regulations, pricing strategies, and contractual obligations.

Secure “pipeline-development” with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Cooperate closely with CCO and the wider commercial team about strategy, prioritization and market activities- and measures.

Participate in the development of the company’s commercial activities and be a proactive and creative contributor of new ideas.

Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless handover and alignment.

Experience from sales and business development, preferably from the aviation industry. Candidates with other relevant backgrounds are however also encouraged to apply! A key focus for this role is identifying the right commercial profile for AAP -- someone with the right mindset, motivation and drive for such role and industry.

Good knowledge of the aviation market, a solid understanding of the aviation industry, as well as an established relevant network, is considered advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, communication, or equivalent fields. Other relevant education or experience for such a role will however also be considered.

Proficiency in Office 365.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
