The role is highly customer-facing and requires frequent travel across Europe and APAC to drive opportunities and build strong customer relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Sales Manager, Top Side Handling Equipment for (C)SOV and CLV
  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategies to expand our customer base of shipowners, shipyards, designers, and government agencies
  • Build strong customer relationships, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deliveries and stay ahead of industry trends to secure new opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships through frequent on-site interaction
  • Drive opportunities forward through physical presence in key phases
  • Operate effectively across different markets and cultures

Requirements

  • Background in sales in the marine sector, with experience or interest in offshore handling equipment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a talent for creating successful customer outcomes
  • Knowledge of handling equipment, relevant regulations, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication skills, self-motivated, and willing to travel internationally (Europe and APAC) as required
