Experience in hotel operations and/or front desk roles is considered an advantage.

We are looking for someone who

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Multitasking under pressure

• Knowledge of PMS systems and external distribution channels (e.g., Hotsoft, MEWS Citybreak, BookVisit, others.)

• Handling restaurant and event reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms

• Managing table allocation to maximize seating capacity and revenue

• Monitoring booking levels to avoid overbooking or underutilization

• Understanding of hospitality service standards

• Is independent, flexible and structured, outgoing, enthusiastic and in a good mood

• Has good communication skills and is a team player

• Great communication in English and ideally speaks and writes in Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language).

Your responsibilities will include

• Booking all our F&B services for groups and individual customers.

• Administration tasks such as invoices, etc.

• Direct cooperation with other departments within the company.

• Booking hotel stays, events and activities groups.

• You might be asked to do other tasks, we help each other

• Follow internal routines and procedures

• Work efficiently and accurately during busy periods

Accommodation
The company offers staff accommodation to our team members. Rooms may be private or shared, depending on availability. Common areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas are shared with colleagues. Living in staff accommodation is a social and multicultural experience. We are therefore looking for people who are respectful, tolerant, patient, and cooperative, and who feel comfortable sharing spaces and everyday routines with others.
This type of accommodation is best suited for those who enjoy a community-style living environment. Rent is deducted directly from your salary and includes electricity, internet and bed linens.
