We're looking for a temporary IT Specialist for our Oslo office to join our united, dedicated, and enthusiastic team at LINK Mobility, Europe's leading provider of mobile messaging.

We are looking for proven and committed IT Specialist to join us in our office in Oslo. As an IT Specialist, you will be a part of Group Internal IT team responsible for providing internal support services. In addition to daily operations and project work, you are expected to focus on continuous improvement and increasing efficiencies. You will be driven by making a difference every day and will take ownership of tasks until they are solved!
YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR- First line support for Internal IT systems and LINK employees.
- Point of Contact for IT Service Desk (local and remote) and Infrastructure.
- Process IT HW orders and Inventory management.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving LINK On-Premises and Cloud Infrastructure including but not limited to MS Azure, O365 services, End Point Manager (Intune), Atlassian applications, Backup, Antivirus solution, and Line of Business Applications integrations with AD.
- Maintain and develop Service Desk documentation and knowledge sharing within team members.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Internal IT initiatives and Projects; Including but not limited to infrastructure improvements, new systems adaptation, and business expansion due to M&A.
- Identify operational problems and contributes to their resolution, checking that they are managed in accordance with agreed standards and procedures.
- Be expected to work on call and/or on shifts as per business requirements

- You have a logical mind, like challenges, teamwork and have a service-oriented mindset.
- Multi-tasking - you will be working on various issues at one time, you must be able to prioritize and execute your work in a very fast paced environment.
- You have previous experience of managing IT infrastructure and user support.
- You are good in practicing and implementing ITIL processes.
- Good Knowledge of Windows OS, MacOS, Office 365 Services, MS Cloud Infrastructure, Azure AD, Intune, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket), Salesforce, General System Monitoring and General Network Troubleshooting.
- Advanced experience in managing data backups and restores.
- Experience in implementation of network changes and maintenance routines.
- Provision of reports and proposals for improvements in IT operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

This is a temporary position starting as soon as possible, at latest December 2023, to December 2024. LOCATION: Oslo, NorwayApply as soon as possible. Applications are evaluated on an ongoing basis.
