Senior System Manager – Unit4 ERP - Oslo

Location: Oslo (City Centre) | Remote: 50%
Start: 11 August 2025 | End: 31 December 2025

About the Role:

As System Manager, you’ll be the key coordinator between internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring seamless ERP operations and development. You will manage system configurations, support users, lead system improvements, and drive reporting and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee ERP change processes across multiple stakeholders
• Support process owners and optimize workflows
• Manage supplier relationships and contracts (ERP operations & systems)
• Plan maintenance, troubleshoot errors, and support users (2nd line)
• Handle system configurations, dashboards, layouts & KPI setup
• Develop reports, manage user access, and conduct testing
• Provide user training and contribute to budgeting & invoicing
• Possible personnel management responsibility (1 employee)

What You Bring:

• Technical/IT education
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of Unit4 ERP (incl. Payroll)
• Strong skills in system setup, support, and reporting
• Fluent in Norwegian (required)

Bonus Skills:

• Background in accounting
• Project management experience
• Experience transitioning to Unit4 ERPx

Work mode: Hybrid – 2 days remote / 3 days onsite
