You’ll be hands-on, learning directly from customer implementations, and helping turn those insights into innovative, practical solutions.

Own the product vision -- set the direction and inspire the team.

Prioritize with impact -- make sure we focus on what really moves the needle.

Collaborate deeply -- work side-by-side with designers, developers, and real users.

Learn from the field -- get close to customers and see how Unity works in real-world use cases.

Turn data into decisions -- use insights to drive smarter, better product improvements.

What We’re Looking For

3--5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or similar role).

Hands-on experience with industrial data (bonus if you’ve worked in aquaculture, shipping, or other data-heavy industries).

A solid grasp of agile workflows and product development processes.

A balance of business thinking, technical understanding, and customer empathy.

Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus).

A curious, data-driven mindset -- you don’t just build features, you solve problems.
