We are now looking for Technical Support Consultant who can help us to continuously improve Volue’s ability to provide value to customers in line with the Volue mission.

As a Technical Support Consultant, you will be part of the first line of expertise for our customers. You will support both:

Volue’s own solutions, developed in-house and used by critical infrastructure providers.
ESRI’s ArcGIS technology, which underpins many of our products and customer solutions.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

Troubleshooting and resolving issues in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
Supporting Volue’s GIS-based products that are built on ESRI technology.
Assisting customers with ESRI geodatabases
Handling a wide range of issues -- from quick fixes to advanced challenges that may require collaboration with ESRI or partners.
Ensure high customer satisfaction

What you need to succeed:

Relevant education from college/university or relevant experience in GIS, IT, or related fields.
Knowledge of ESRI/ArcGIS-technology.
Experience with databases (e.g., MS SQL Server or Oracle).
Motivation to learn and ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
Being service-oriented and structured
Strong collaboration skills
Fluency in English and a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish)
