Project Manager - CEO Office

NEC OncoImmunity (NOI), part of the NEC Bio group, is a dynamic biotech company developing AI-powered solutions for personalized cancer immunotherapy and infectious disease vaccines. We are seeking a Project Manager in the CEO Office to work directly with the CEO as a facilitator interfacing with the rest of the organization to ensure organizational priorities, deadlines, and deliverables are on track.

This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to the full R&D pipeline , while working directly with management to drive execution and coordination across the company, also in the larger ecosystem of the NEC Bio group.Your Role
As Project Manager, CEO Office, you will:

• Track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across all ongoing and strategic projects.

• Maintain a detailed overview of organizational progress and surface blockers early.

• Follow up persistently within the organization (and across the NEC Bio group) to ensure clarity, accountability, and timely updates.

• Structure project tracking and reporting to increase transparency and visibility, including a proper overview of company KPIs.

• Act as a multiplier for the CEO’s time by coordinating across teams and keeping focus on critical goals.

• You are comfortable following up with managers and senior colleagues in a firm but constructive way.

• You have experience in project coordination, operations, or organizational support (biotech or tech background a plus).
