Br. Karlsen Sales is hiring a Sales Manager

Are you passionate about sales and seafood, and ready to take on new challenges? Then this might be the position for you!

Br. Karlsen Sales has its office in Tromsø, where you will become a part of an engaged team, working every day to bring the world's best seafood products to global markets. We export both wild-caught fish and salmon - offering products across the entire value chain, from whole fish to high-quality processed seafood. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in the seafood industry, relationship-building and sales - while also being efficient, structured and goal-oriented.

Work tasks:

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships

• Carry out operational sales in close cooperation with the company's production facilities

• Develop new markets

• Conduct market analysis and grow the customer portfolio

Qualifications:

• Relevant higher education, minimum bachelor's degree

• Relevant experience from similar roles

• Strong interest in the seafood industry

• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
