We are looking for a person that can fill the position as Central Head Chef in Graffi Grill.
Areas of responsibility:-
Main responsibility for managing the kitchens and kitchen teams, including training and monitoring quality standards for Graffi's food concept.

The Central Head Chef will be cooperating and working closely with our production facility.

Adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to food safety and health (IK food and HSE).

Handling food orders, receiving deliveries,and managing inventory flow.

Managing personnel, with full responsibility for the 2 restraurant kitchens in Trondheim as well as the production facility.
This including responsibility for schedules, recruiting, training, and developing team members

Implementing and maintaining knowledge and procedures.

Overseeing daily food production.

Budget and result accountability, including time management, cost control, and gross profit.

Developing the menu and creating new dishes.

Desired competence:
-
Service-oriented, flexible, and with good work capacity.

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a chef.

Experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not demanded.

Understanding and interest in kitchen economics.

Must be proficient in spoken Norwegian or English.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Comfortable with varying working hours.

Since we opened our first Graffi in 2006, we have been one of the most visited restaurants in Trondheim. To get to where we are today, we have worked hard and purposefully towards a clear profile, and as the name suggests, grilling is the concept. No matter what dish you choose to eat with us, parts of the dish have been through our fantastic Josper charcoal grill. We currently have two restaurants i Trondheim, and one in Tromsø.
