As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be the heart of our operation, leading the team that ensures our 177 rooms, spa, and conference facilities are spotless - every single day.

We are seeking a detail-oriented leader who:

Your Core Responsibilities:

You will lead a diverse team in a 100% position, with primary responsibility for:

• Operations Management:
  Ensuring 100% room capacity and efficient operations, with a focus on guaranteed check-in times.

• Quality Assurance:
  Responsible for ensuring that cleanliness in all hotel areas (rooms, common areas, spa/wellness) meets the high standards of Wood Hotel and Nordic Hotels & Resorts.

• Team Leadership:
  Recruitment, development, and follow-up of the Housekeeping team.

• Finance & Sustainability:
  Budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and actively integrating sustainable practices.

• HSE & Hostmanship:
  Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment (HSE) and serving as a visible, friendly, and professional representative for the hotel.

Qualifications:

• Documented leadership experience (preferably from the hotel/service industry).

• Experience with HSE work, budget management, and purchasing.

• Proficiency in relevant property management systems.

• Fluent in English.
