As Aker Solutions’ global recruitment partner NES Advantage are now looking for a: Maintenance Engineer in Stavanger who can help us succeed.
Aker Solutions takes care of energy assets from a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we are exploring opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions employs approximately 11,000 people in more than 20 countries.

What will you be doing?-
Perform Technical hierarchy, consequence analysis/criticality analysis, RCM analysis, and FMECA

Develop/Update preventive maintenance (PM/CBM) programs
-
Develop/Update preventive and condition-based maintenance routines
-
Perform Spare part evaluations
-
Ensure adherence to project execution models, schedules, and budget, and focus on quality and HSSE aspects.

Do you have MSc, BSc, Technical College, or other relevant education and experience
-
1 to 2 years' experience in reliability and maintenance
-
Knowledge of operational and maintenance requirements for industrial facilities, particularly oil & gas and renewables

Understanding of equipment functionality and performance
-
Knowledge of Norsok Z-008, ISO 14224

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
-
Verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian is an added advantage

Available for work in Norway

Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and team player, communicative, extrovert and hands - on.
