QHSE \& Process Improvement Specialist

At DHL Global Forwarding Norway, we're looking for a structured and proactive QHSE & Process Improvement Specialist who wants to make a real impact.

In this role, you will help strengthen our work within quality, health & safety, environmental management, compliance, and continuous improvement. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll support audits, improve processes, monitor performance, and help ensure we meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Whether it's streamlining a process, driving an improvement initiative, or supporting our sustainability ambitions, you'll play an important part in shaping how we work and helping us become even better every day. This position is based at our office in Berger, Skedsmokorset.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support internal and external quality audits. Follow up corrective actions and improvement opportunities.

Help maintain and improve our management systems and process documentation

Support compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and applicable legislation

Monitor and report QHSE and continuous improvement performance

Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives across the organization

Deliver training and promote awareness of QHSE requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify and implement continuous improvements

Support sustainability initiatives, including GoGreen activities

Qualifications

Experience within at least one the following: Quality, HSE, Compliance, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence

• Understanding management systems and ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). For the right candidate, we are committed to supporting further learning, training, and certification opportunities.

• Organizational and stakeholder management skills

Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset

Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English

Experience in logistics or operational environments is an advantage but not required

Relevant education is beneficial, but practical experience is equally valued

Valid work permit for Norway
