As we continue our growth journey in Norway, we're seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Manager to win new business, close high-value deals, and accelerate our ARR growth.

Responsibilities
As Senior Sales Manager at Bislab, you will:

Drive new business growth in the Norwegian market with a strong focus on building pipeline and closing deals.

Own the entire sales cycle -- from prospecting and first contact to signed agreement and handover.

Identify, target, and engage potential clients across banking, finance, insurance, telecom, energy, and debt collection.

Build and maintain trusted relationships at senior levels to position Bislab as a long-term partner.

Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to align customer needs with Bislab's solutions.

Provide structured market insights and competitive analysis to inform business and product strategy.
Requirements

7+ years of success in complex B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or financial services.

Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing enterprise-level deals.

Strong understanding of the Norwegian market, with an established network in one or more of our core verticals (bank, finance, debt collection).

Hands-on and results-driven -- comfortable executing the full sales process end-to-end.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, self-driven, and motivated by ambitious targets.

Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish, with strong English skills.
Compensation & Benefits
-
Compensation model: 50% base salary + 50% bonus on ARR sales. On-target earnings are highly competitive, with uncapped bonus potential.

Ownership: Participation in Bislab's option program.
Team: Today we are 20 people in total, but scaling up with 5-6 roles more the next weeks. The commercial team are today mainly focused towards Ole Haug the COO, Christian Kavli the Sales Manager and a KAM on the way in, together with this role.
