Hev Mosetertoppen, a newly established bistro restaurant in Ringebu, is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is a full-time (100%) position with a start date of December 1, 2025, but possibility to start much sooner if you are the right candidate. Join us as we create a casual fine dining experience, prioritizing high-quality meals in a relaxed atmosphere.

• Fluent in Norwegian or English

• Plan, prepare, and present delicious dishes with attention to detail
• Develop work schedules and coordinate staff for smooth kitchen operations
• Oversee the kitchen team, providing training and growth opportunities
• Ensure high food quality while adhering to hygiene standards
• Foster a positive work environment where teamwork is paramount
• Encourage a culture of constructive feedback within the team
• Analyze department performance and create proactive action plans
• Collaborate with management on concept and product development
• Regularly update menus in accordance with established guidelines
• Maintain knowledge of fire, safety, and hygiene protocols
• Ensure timely submission of time reports and other documentation
