Boatlabs recruitment of New Team Members

WE’RE SEEKING 2--3 DP / MARINE ADVISORS & FMEA AUDITORS

You will work with Annual DP Trials, DP FMEA Trials and DP Assurance across maritime, offshore, energy and wind projects.

IMCA accredited -- or eligible for accreditation

HQ in Ålesund, with offices in Bergen, Haugesund and Tromsø.

ABOUT BOATLABS
Boatlabs delivers DP assurance, FMEA, trials and digital solutions to the maritime, offshore, energy and wind industries.
Our in-house digital toolchain includes BL4SEA, BLISTORM and BL-VDOC, with more solutions in development.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an independent, structured and solution-oriented approach.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of delivering high-quality work.
Relevant industry experience is an advantage.

MUST HAVE
Relevant experience from maritime, offshore, energy or wind projects
Technical understanding and analytical skills
Good written and spoken English
Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools
Experience with DP systems, FMEA or vessel trials

NICE TO HAVE
• Knowledge of industrial/offshore automation systems and standards
• Experience with CAD or engineering/simulation tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB or Simulink
