Production Worker -- Cold Storage | Moss

As a Production Worker, you will become part of an efficient and inclusive team responsible for picking and packing food products in a cold storage environment. The workplace is characterized by a fast-paced environment, strong teamwork, and a commitment to quality and safety.

We offer both short-term and long-term assignments, with immediate start available.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing food products in a cold storage facility (approximately 3°C)
• Ensuring high quality and food safety through accurate and careful work
• Contributing to an efficient production flow in close cooperation with colleagues
• Following established procedures for food hygiene, quality, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workplace

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good physical fitness and enjoys practical, hands-on work
• Is responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Works in a structured manner and follows established procedures
• Is flexible and works well as part of a team
• Has a good understanding of HSE and hygiene requirements
• Has Norwegian or English language skills at a minimum B1 level
• Holds a valid driver's licence and has access to a car, as the workplace is not accessible by public transportation.
• Live in Norway

Practical Information

Location: Moss

Working hours: Day shifts on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with the possibility of additional shifts on Tuesdays and Sundays.

Work environment: Cold storage facility with a temperature of approximately 3°C.

Start date: August.
